Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel or drop down to the Free plan whenever you like, and your automations, keywords, and connected accounts stay exactly as you left them.
What counts as a DM send?
Every outbound message your automations send: keyword auto-reply DMs and the private replies triggered by comments. Messages people send to you never count against your allowance, and neither do replies you type yourself.
What happens when I hit my monthly DM limit?
Your automations pause until your 30-day usage window resets — nothing is deleted and nothing breaks. If a reel is popping, you can move to a higher plan whenever you need more room.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
